The management functions are held fortnightly and the board meetings are held quarterly where the overall performance, growth and progress of all departments of the company are scrutinized and necessary action for further improvement taken .

Mr. Nitin Mehta one of the chief patrons of the company is in the field of laboratory chemicals and pharmaceutical chemicals since 32 years.
