Modheshwari chemicals was established in the year 2000 as a proprietary concern unit by mr. Balvantrai ishwarlal golwala and since then it is managed by his son mr. Jatin b. Gandhi.

The company started its 1st manufacturing unit to produce ammonium chloride for catering the needs of domestic industries.
