At BioExtract, we work towards providing standardized product with complete documentation for product traceability & quality. This is achieved through our in-house facilities like:

Research & Development Department
Pilot plant
Bulk extraction facility where all equipments are as per GMP Guidelines
Quality Control Department
Our stringent quality controls for incoming raw material & during various stages of production, proper inspection and packing of finished products, along with testing of extracts with validated testing procedures, helps us in delivering high quality extracts with complete traceability, thereby, helping us in working towards our idea of “Healthy Living – Naturally”.

Our Manufacturing facility is capable of extracting approximately 50MT of raw herbs and 10MT of nutraceutical ingredients per month. The manufacturing facility is equipped with extractors, concentrators, falling film evaporators, reactors, spray drier, vacuum driers, multi-mill, vibro sifter and mixing equipments. All equipments are having contact parts made of SS 316 and are in compliance with GMP guidelines.

The final processing of the finished products is done in a controlled environment where the air quality is controlled by means of air handling units equipped with HEPA Filters. The air quality of the final processing are area is tested periodically at Eurofins to ensure the quality of the air is clean. Also the water used in the facility is tested every month at Government approved laboratory. All utilities in the facility are calibrated and validated by external agencies on yearly basis.
