Our story began in 1976 when we, led by Mr. Deepak Mody, recognized the immense potential in the chemicals industry. Initially, we operated as a chemicals marketing company, quickly establishing ourselves as a reliable trader by importing intermediates from Europe and Japan. This success laid a strong foundation for our future.

In 1987, Mr. Samir Mody returned to India after earning his Chemical Engineering degree in the USA, and we opened our first manufacturing plant in Tarapur, focusing on basic dyes. By 1988, we celebrated a significant milestone with our first successful export contract, which opened doors to international markets and affirmed our commitment to quality.

Our growth continued with the establishment of a second plant in MIDC Tarapur in 1990, diversifying into optical brightener intermediates. In 1998, we embarked on our first Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) project with a Japanese multinational corporation, embracing new opportunities as they arose.

Today, we proudly employ over 100 dedicated individuals and serve clients in over 15 countries. Our customer-first approach allows us to tailor our services to meet unique needs, fostering close collaboration with our partners.
