Lime Chemicals Limited was established in th year 1970, as a Private Limited Company. The core manufacturing competency of the company is manufacturing of "Precipitated and Ground (Coated & Uncoated) Calcium Carbonate. Two very basic ingredients used across various industries.

Upgradation of technology & continuous product development gave the Company strength to consolidate its position in the Indian market, and the First major milestone we achieved was in the year 1986 when the COMPANY TURNED PUBLIC.

In 1987 keeping with the Group's overall- strategy to expand LCL commissioned LIME CHEMICALS LIMITED unit II, at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, which led to increased production capacity.

The merger helped the company to strengthen its existing portfolio of brands LIMCAL and DICAL, Two trade names which have become synonymous as quality standard for a range of Coated as well as Uncoated calcium carbonate available in the market. Today LCL is the largest suppliers of calcium Carbonate to Oral Care industry and Food /Pharma Manufacturers. Both our units at Roha & Paonta are ISO 9001 :2008 certified.

Himachal Polyolefins Limited, Kala-Amb, Himachal Pradesh, was commissioned in the year 2010, having State of Art manufacturing facility with most equipments and machinery made of Stainless Steel having Food and safety Licences. it's an ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and also holds FSSAI -Licence, I.P.Licence, Halal Certificate , WHO GMP & CGMP Certificate.
