Clobetasol propionate is a dermatological drug. External application is suitable for chronic eczema, neurodermatitis, psoriasis, palmoplantar pustulosis, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus and other glucocorticoid topical treatment effective pruritic and non-infectious inflammatory skin diseases.
This product has a rapid effect and is one of the most potent high-efficiency topical corticosteroids currently used in clinical practice. It has a strong capillary vasoconstriction effect, and its anti-inflammatory effect is 112.5 times that of hydro’corti‘sone, 2.3 times that of beta‘methasone sodium phosphate, and 18.7 times that of fluocinolone. The systemic adverse reactions are 3 times that of fluocinolone, anhydrous sodium retention, and a certain promotion of sodium and potassium excretion.
