Cloxacillin is a semi-synthetic penicillin-resistant enzyme penicillin. Its antibacterial action features are: high stability of penicillin enzyme (stability is higher than other resistant to penicillin enzyme penicillin drugs), the production of penicillin enzyme aureus (including staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococcus aureus) of the antimicrobial activity of benzene azo’le west er, but sensitive to penicillin staphylococcus and streptococcus antibacterial effects of 5 ~ 10 times weaker than penicillin this product is a reproduction Antiseptic.
Cloxacillin is used to treat infections caused by penicillin-resistant Staphylococci, including septicemia, endocarditis, respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections. Can also be used for the treatment of pyogenic streptococcus or pneumococcus and penicillin resistant staphylococcus caused by mixed infection.
