      Hydrocortisone (HC) is also called cortisol Cortisol is an important adrenal glucocorticoid hormone, which is chemically named 11β,17α, 21-trihydroxyprogesterone 4-ene-3, 20-dione. Its pharmacological effects are mediated by diffusion on target cells and binding to their receptors to form steroid-receptor complexes, which are transcribed as genes Activators, in the form of dimers, bind to specific sequence chains on DNA, regulate gene transcription, increase the production of mRNA, and use this as a template to synthesize corresponding proteins, which achieve the physiological and pharmacological effects of steroid hormones in the target cells; HC can affect glucose metabolism and has anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-shock and anti-allergy effects

Functions:

HC is mainly used in the alternative treatment of hypoadrenal cortical dysfunction and the treatment of congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia. It can also be used in rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic fever, gout, bronchial asthma, allergic diseases, and can be used for severe infection and anti-shock treatment. HC is also the raw material for preparing several other important steroid drugs

Answer: Yes, we have our own factory.

Q2. Do you have GMP or DMF?
