Phenylpropyl aldehyde nature:
Colorless liquid. Boiling point 222 ℃, relative density 1.010-1.020, refractive index 1.520-1.532, flash point 97 ℃, soluble in 70% ethanol and most oils, acid value < 5.0. It has burnt sweet green, some sweet fresh flowers like Styrax and hyacinth, and a little bit of rabbitaldehyde, but with warm, sweet, spicy, cinnamon, strong and lasting aroma.
Phenylpropyl aldehyde application：
Phenylpropyl aldehyde can be used in a few flavors such as hyacinth, carnation, lilies, lilac, rabbit ear flower, Yilan, rose, jasmine, sweet tofu pudding, sunflower, sweet clover and new grass. It can also be used in fragrance of fragrant osmanthus, laurel, spice and tobacco. It can also be used as an edible spice for almond, berries, grapes, cherries, peaches, Mei Zi and cinnamon.
