In 1986,Shree Vardayini Chemical Ind. Pvt Ltd. was founded at GIDC, Ankleshwar as a family concern, Shri Himmatlal P. Patel as a Chairman and Managing Director of the company with his more than 40 years of experience in the line with highest integrity and business ethics which have been kept alive at present by their two-son- Shri Hasmukh H. Patel and Shri Dinkar H. Patel.

Founder of the present business Shri Himmatlal P. Patel was associated with a company as a Manager,who have very first time manufactured Saccharin in India before 1950 at Mumbai.

Shree Vardayini Chemical Ind. Pvt. Ltd has set its manufacturing activities in Asia’s largest Chemical Zone.  Pursuant to its Corporate Philosophy of Striving for continuous improvement & betterment, the company has set up each & every equipments with highest standards.

The company is planning to set up a WHO-GMP plant for White-bulk drug at the same plot no.  3804.

The company have recently acquired new adjuscent plot no.  3803, at which future expansion program for enhancement in installed capacity and manufacturing of new API will be planned.
