L-Proline nature：
L-Proline is colorless crystal, odorless and sweet; it is soluble in water (water solubility is 162.3g/100ml at 25 ℃) and ethanol, insoluble in butanol and ether, yellow when it meets ninhydrin hydrate test solution, and red after acidification with glacial acetic acid; pI6.3, decomposition point is 220-222 ℃; specific rotation [α] 20d-85 ° (0.5-2.0mg/ml, H2O), [α] 20d-60.4 ° (0.5-2.0mg/ml, 5mol / lhcl).
L-Proline purpose：
For biochemical research, medicine for malnutrition, protein deficiency, gastrointestinal diseases, burns and postoperative protein supplement.
