Arachidonic acid chemical property：
AA is light yellow oily liquid. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene and other organic solvents. The results showed that: MP was about 49 ℃; bp169-171 ℃ / 19.998pa; flash point was more than 110 ℃; refractive index was 1.4824; density was 0.922g/ml; iodine value was 333.4. There are four active methylene groups in the molecule, which can easily react with oxygen to form free radicals. The UV absorption spectra of 21% KOH ethylene glycol isomerized at 180 ℃ for 15 min showed characteristic absorption peaks at 233 nm, 268 nm, 315 nm and 346 nm.
