2-Mercaptothiazoline chemical property：
The main component of turpentine is 86% of the total oil. Colorless and transparent liquid with a unique odor of terpene. It is insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, acetic acid and other organic solvents, and is easy to dissolve in rosin.
2-Mercaptothiazoline Purpose：
It is used as solvent of paint and wax and raw material of camphene, terpineol, borneol, synthetic camphor and synthetic resin
It is mainly used to prepare spices, nutmeg substitute and citrus flavors.
It is an important raw material for organic synthesis. It can be used to synthesize a series of perfume products, camphor, borneol and so on; pinene can be oxidized by ozone to obtain ketone acid, and further oxidized to obtain pinic acid, which can be used to prepare plant growth stimulant, synthetic lubricant, plasticizer and so on; pinene can also be made into pinene resin and so on; it can also be used as solvent for lacquer wax and so on.
