Dimethyl succinate Chemical property:
Colorless to yellowish liquid (room temperature), can be cured after cooling. Wine and ether, fruit and burnt. The boiling point is 195-196 ℃, or 80 ℃ (1466pa). The melting point is 18-19 ℃. Slightly soluble in water (1%), soluble in ethanol (3%), miscible in oil. Natural products exist in fried hazelnut.
