This product has fruit aroma and fresh fragrance. Chinese GB2760-86 stipulates that it is permitted to use food flavors, mainly used to make banana, pear, citrus and berry flavors. However, it is seldom used as perfume directly, but as raw material of synthetic perfume. For example, it is used to synthesize pseudoionone and citral. It is also used in other organic synthesis.
