PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Description
4,7-Dichloroquinoline is an organic synthetic raw material or pharmaceutical intermediate ingredient. It can be used in the synthesis of piperaquine, N-(7-chloro-4-morpholinylquinolin-2-yl)benzamide, and {3-amino-5-[(7-chloro-4-quinolyl)amino]phenyl}methanol. 4,7-Dichloroquinoline can also be used in the synthesis of phenol derivatives with potential bioactive 4- phenoxyquinoline derivatives and benzazole-quinoline-quinoline mixtures. A variety of potent anticancer drugs based on the 4-phenoxyquinoline backbone act as small molecule VEGR2 and/or c-Met kinase inhibitors.
