PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Description
Bortezomib is a promising anti-cancer drug that targets the proteasome. It is approved by the FDA for the treatment of the following conditions:
(1) multiple myeloma in combination with cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone.
(2) patients with multiple myeloma who have responded to bortezomib but have relapsed at least 6 months after completing prior therapy.
(3) Set-cell lymphoma in patients who have received at least one prior first-line therapy.
